Check the county lookup in Coverage. If your county is not listed, leave your email to request coverage. We will notify you if it becomes available; a request does not guarantee a launch date.

02Will my loved one know I searched?

No. Searching and tracking are completely private to you. Nothing is shared with the facility or the person inside.

03What is the Community, and is it safe?

Every jail we cover gets one private group, only for InMato families supporting someone there. You appear as your first name and last initial — nothing more. AI screens every post before it’s visible (no harassment, no money requests, no personal information, no one pretending to be staff), and you can report or block anyone anonymously, in one tap.

04Do you actually send court dates?

Yes. Add a docket alarm for someone you’ve saved and we search the courts for their case, then send each new filing, hearing, or order — with the hearing’s date and time — by push, email, and text. Court alerts are live in our Indiana counties first, with more courts coming; custody alerts (booked, moved, released) work everywhere we’re live.

05Is this a scam? How does the money work?

Our co-founder, J.T. Bramlette, built InMato after 63 months in federal prison, watching his own family fight a maze of disconnected sites just to stay in touch. He came home with a blueprint and built it with Steve Urry — free to find them, honest about what costs money, and everything else in one flat fee plan.
